w03/2011 - Demmy Montefortiana Marathon: lots of flooding

not positive Day yesterday at the Marathon Montefortiana Demmy : I ran slower than my habits, I run bad, I really struggled from the first to fifth km tear without a corresponding sense of speed. So much attention was focused on ledges and a slalom between the walkers that I have enjoyed the view from the crest of the hill leading to Fittà in one of the few sunny Sundays in recent months. Reason enough to return in the coming years. Then I re-established on the way down, well controlled, and I was heartened in the final third, especially after the great shift to the center of Soave.

Partial onset alibi is on a path very difficult to interpret: as I observed the altitude, I could not realize the sequence of changes in elevation. I remembered that the climb to the ninth ended km, there were two drawn, but in the race I felt just the quads burn up to GPM with no possibility of determining the effort.

I'm fine and I'm training with continuity. Unfortunately, I was engulfed by a quick sequence of exercises for me that I did recently to test materials for a friend. Further confirmation that I no longer rev the anaerobic and the ability to dispose of the accumulation of acid - and its adverse effects - which once allowed me to to pave the climbs, at least in part.

take home a half in 1h15 ', excellent training and good test of character. Some small consolation to see the same friends lose 3-5' with respect to routes more efficient. For this reason, it shows a performance like that of Francis Duke finished 4th at 1:10 a.m. ': the starting line had warned me how to deploy the best, I suggest that it could well apply to himself.

A praise for the organization that is able to check on the same path - with appropriate and clever diversion / separation - two tests of a different kind-short: the joy of the walk at 8:30 and 15,000 competition of the 1,500 athletes at 9:30.
