In anticipation of today's photos I scan the flyer's image two years ago, when on the same route held the first round of CdS early January. The long cross was the last race and, despite the repeated trampling than before, snow had not yielded much ice. In the less I seemed to run lines in the sand. It happens some new sensation even after the 40.

| Seventh Pescantina (VR) - 1st Test Regional Security Council (04/01/2009) |
In the lead are my team-mates Michael Costa (immense talent not yet lost), followed by Andrea Zordan who won the race in a sprint finish (now 4th in the short cross ). Under the bonnet is recognizable FABBIAN Alexander, now 2nd in the wake of the exceptional Said BOUDALIA. The Padua has grown a lot since then and is among the best in the world multiple specialties duathlon / triathlon. At the bottom of a picture so peeps Giancarlo SIMIONATO the first country of the Veneto. In a couple of years has come to the podium of the Italian championship in 2010 in Venice marathon behind Migidio BOURIFA BOUDALIA and Said. To meet again next summer a man and an athlete to return dall'Erasmus renewed in the Netherlands.
Today was good for seventh in Pescantina, just above Verona, on the north bank of the mouth of the Adige Valpolicella (the competition between Via Porto, Via Pini, Via Bertoldi of map). It seemed the onset of spring, sunshine and warm air imperious. The mind was not entirely free, because an applicant grip the twins outside of the calves since I started with exercises to awaken the end after NYC. Concerns have weakened as they approached the start, then the shot almost made me forget everything and first steep descent provided the ultimate certainty that if anything was broken up at that moment nothing would break for the rest of the race. I could go on with the story of a good distribution (easy to read it again later in the lap stopwatch!), But I liked more comparisons with the three players that I have been in close contact until the penultimate lap. Bravo to revive Taoufik BAZHAR in the final after being taken to his heels in pursuit and I unplugged the comrades who had been following me.
will be because of age or shrunken resulting from training for the marathon, but today I suffered a lot about the ups and downs of the levees. So much trouble that then spread on the flat and downhill, when the mud permitted. The rigid plate of shoes and long nails gave me great satisfaction on soft ground, where I was immediately at ease, despite nearly a year of fasting. The ancient art is never forgotten!
